Hawthorn launched a full-scale bar training platform for Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, which included: a printed, high-quality training manual, training videos, bartender training tests, and a nationwide “secret shopper” program, in which highly-regarded beverage industry professionals visited Ruth’s Chris locations across the country to analyze their implemented bar program.
