Bulleit Bourbon Chef’s Table
Beginning with the two whiskey expressions, Hawthorn developed many brand own-able drink concepts and potential food pairings to represent each expression of whiskey. We teamed up with rising chefs in the city to expand upon the whiskey and food pairing; the chefs prepared dishes for a tasting to determine which pairing would make the final cut. Through photography and design, the Bulleit Chef’s Table book became a showcase of what is possible to create from Bullet Frontier Whiskey.
